This event will welcome guest faculty and administrators to engage in conversation with faculty regarding the promotion to full professor. Guest speakers will share their perspective on the promotion process and discuss their overall experiences with the promotion process. Faculty are encouraged but not required to prepare questions in advance for this discussion.
