This event serves as an opportunity to begin conversations with fellow associate professors, learn about institutes and centers on campus and different ways of getting involved at Carolina.

Faculty will hear from a panel of faculty at UNC about the perks and pitfalls of tenure, suggestions for how to take advantage of new opportunities that tenure confers (e.g., opportunities for growth on and off campus, different post-tenure paths, advocating for junior faculty and staff.
