Viji Sathy, the IAH’s Tyson Academic Leadership Program Director, talks about how the program helps faculty across the UNC-Chapel Hill campus, her experiences in leadership development, and the way she brings her work in inclusive teaching into the ALP seminars.

Whether she’s teaching undergraduates or leading a workshop for faculty, Viji Sathy continues to focus on inclusion.

Eight faculty members across campus were selected to participate in the Tyson Academic Leadership Program. The program is designed to aid emerging leaders through a series of activities to develop leadership skills, clarify career commitments and build their leadership network.
