Thank you for your interest in applying for space within Hyde Hall. You will receive an email confirmation with a copy of your application for your records.
- After we have approved your reservation application, you will receive a contract.
- Please sign and email the contract to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you do not sign and return your contract within 7 days of receiving it, your reservation will be released without notice.
- If needed, move requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the scheduled event. The IAH Event Planner will send you a direct link to request moving services with your contract.
- Security is required for a minimum of 4 hours for events starting at 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and a minimum of 8 hours on Saturdays. The IAH Event Planner will coordinate UNC security services on your department or unit’s behalf.
