Tony is the coauthor of the book, Getting It Right When It Matters Most: Self-Leadership for Work and Life, published by Business Expert Press. Tony was the VP of Organizational Development and Learning at RTI International for nine years; prior to that, he served as the director of leadership development services at Virginia Tech and Conservation International. His experience as a leader, combined with his teaching and consulting experience at some of the world’s leading educational and research-based organizations, has taught him the importance of standing on the foundation of relevant leadership and organizational theory while incorporating practical tools and experiential learning.
