Nominating CommitteeLee is the Vice Chairman of Investment Banking for Performance Trust Capital Partners and Chairman of the Board and co-founder of UB Bancorp. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, Sunny, BA ’84. Two of their three children graduated from Carolina, class of 2016 and 2020.
