Lifetime MemberJohn is a retired investment manager, most recently as Managing Director and Senior Advisor at Rockefeller and Company. Prior to Rockefeller, John was the Chief Operating Officer of Franklin Street Partners and prior to that was a Managing Director of Goldman Sachs. He is currently a member of the Board of Governors at UNC Press as well as an emeritus member of the KFBS Board of Advisors. He lives on Martha’s Vineyard with his wife, Cyndy. Their son, John, is a Carolina graduate, class of 2003, and their daughter, Emily, attended Carolina.
