Zia Haider Rahman delivers 2018 Reckford Lecture in European Studies

Zia Haider Rahman, author of the highly acclaimed novel In the Light of What We Know, will deliver the lecture entitled “Brexit: The Reckoning.” The event will be held at Hyde Hall on Thursday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m.

Timothy Marr named Faculty Fellowship Program Director

Marr, Distinguished Term Associate Professor (American Studies), begins serving in this new role July 1. He succeeds Associate Professor Michele Berger (Women’s and Gender Studies), who has served in the role for five years.

Hyde Hall closed Feb. 26-27

The staff at the Institute for the Arts and Humanities will be immersed in training. Hyde Hall will be closed Monday, February 26 and Tuesday February 27. The building will re-open Wednesday, February 28 at 8:00 a.m., resuming normal operations.
