Attached Caterers’ Kitchen includes refrigerator, two sinks with running water, outlets for hot boxes and staging counters

Room designed for small lectures, seminars, special projects, meetings, presentations
One teleconferencing station with large video display screen
One large table for catering
Equipment: white board/easel computer, video and teleconference equipment, DVD for meetings and presentations. (Advance training is required if technology will be used. Contact the IAH events coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for training)
Note: This room’s laptop connections are HDMI only.
Seminar Room (no food or drink)
Multimedia room for meetings, teleconferences, video conferences, presentations
Equipment: computer, plasma screen, table-mounted microphones and laptop jacks, document camera, DVD (Advance training is required if technology will be used. Contact the IAH Events Coordinator at email@example.com to arrange for training)
Conference table accommodates up to 18 chairs
Room accommodates up to 17 additional chairs around perimeter.
Please note: Because of the technology built into this room, neither food nor drinks are permitted in the Seminar Room.
