Fellows

The Institute for the Arts and Humanities has hosted more than 350 Fellows from across the university since its founding in 1988.

Faculty Fellows spend semester-long leaves pursuing their research and teaching interests. They are nourished by a diverse, interdisciplinary community of colleagues who engage regularly in conversation related to their work.

Once a Fellow, always a Fellow. Faculty members remain engaged after their semester leaves, helping the IAH select future Fellows, advising new program development, participating in forums and activities, and supporting the work of the IAH and each other.
