Public Q&A Session with Barney Frank

Former U.S. Congressman BaUSA-POLITICS/FRANKrney Frank will deliver the 2015 Weil Lecture on American Citizenship, hosted by the Institute for the Arts and Humanities, a part of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of North Carolina. The free public talk will take place on September 24, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in Caroll Hall Auditorium, located at 114 East Cameron Avenue roughly across from the Carolina Inn. The title of Frank’s talk is “Indispensability Abroad vs Effective Democratic Governance at Home.” Click here to learn more about the event.

Public Q&A Session 

The evening lecture will be preceded with a public question and answer session from 2 to 3:15 p.m. in the University Room of Hyde Hall.
