Joan W. Scott, Harold F. Lindner Professor of Social Science Institute for Advanced Study at Princeton University, will deliver the 14th annual Reckford Lecture on "Cover-up: French Gender Equality and the Islamic Headscarf" Feb. 7, 7:30 p.m.
The IAH will co-sponsor the Reckford lecture and a companion workshop for faculty and graduate students from History, Women Studies and Comparative Literature.
