Incubator Setup Options
Classroom Style (up to 10 tables, 30 seats, with 1-2 presentation tables in front, not shown)
This setup is appropriate when the meeting is an informational-type presentation. The presenters are providing the information, with some dialogue with the audience. It is arranged with straight rows facing the front, on either side of a center aisle.
Boardroom Style (maximum 28)
Tables are set in rectangle shape with chairs on both
sides and ends. Suggested for small discussions of maximum 28
people.
T-Shape (maximum 4 tables, 14 chairs; room can accommodate 2
of these configurations)
The "T-Shape" is an arrangement for small discussion
groups where a chairman or moderator sits at the head. The center row
can be double tables if more space is required for note taking.
Theater Style (up to 58 seats, including presentation area, not shown)
This setup maximizes meeting room space utilization.
Theater works well when the audience needs to make minimal notes and/or
the presentation is 2 hours or less in
length.
