Incubator

Incubator 3

  • Available for use only by IAH Fellows or Working Groups
  • Wireless room designed for individual work space, special projects, meetings, presentations
  • Three semi-private workstations with electrical, voice and data access points
  • One teleconferencing station with large video display screen
  • Equipment: white board/easel computer, video and teleconference equipment, VCR, DVD for meetings and presentations. Users connect to the network with wireless-enabled laptops

Kitchen

> KITCHEN CALENDAR
($150, capacity 10)

Note: The kitchen is used as a lunchtime gathering space by Fellows and Friends weekdays from noon to 2 p.m. and is not available for rental during that time. The kitchen remains open for staff traffic when it is in use.


  • Used for informal meetings of small groups
  • Fully-equipped kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, stove top, two ovens, warming oven, microwave, food-preparation area, dining and seating areas.
  • Dining area seats up to 10

 

 


Seminar Room

($200, capacity 18-35)

  • Multimedia room for meetings, teleconferences, videoconferences, presentations
  • Equipment: computer, SmartBoard, plasma screen, table-mounted microphones and laptop jacks, document camera, VCR, DVD (Advance training is required if technology will be used. Contact Bryan Brackett, bbracket@email.unc.edu)
  • Conference table accommodates up to 18 chairs
  • Room accommodates up to 17 additional chairs around perimeter

Small Conference Room

Terrace

  • Brick-enclosed outdoor space with small garden, fountain, two teak benches.

University Room and Caterers' Kitchen

($400, capacity 48-100)    



  • Ground-level room for lectures, music recitals, conferences, dinners, receptions, displays, information sessions or lounge.
  • Audio/visual equipment, network connections and a grand piano (Advance training is required if technology will be  used. Contact Bryan Brackett, bbracket@email.unc.edu)
  • Attached Caterers' Kitchen includes refrigerator, two sinks with running water, outlets for hot boxes and staging counters.
  • Flexible space offers variety of setup options.
